- Customer Service Specialist - Lead Generation and Sales
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (EST)
- Home-Based/Remotely (
- Salary $600 (NOT commission based)
Requirements/Skills
- English level - C1, native or near-native speakers
- French level - C1, native or near-native speakers
- Decent Computer/Laptop with fast, stable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Experience with cold calling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
Responsibilities & duties:
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business (cold calling)
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Conduct customer research
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
