We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work for a BPO in Muntinlipa

This is an onsite role with multiple shifts (based on account/program)

Salary is up to 30,000 based on experience and interview result

Requirements

• Open to no experience so long as completed Senior High School
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high call volumes
• Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and relevant information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to continuously improve service quality.
• Meet individual performance metrics and actively contribute to overall team goals.
