Customer Success Executive (Marine Logistics)

  • Make ensuring that orders from customers are processed appropriately and on schedule.
  • Make sure reports are turned in on time in accordance with the timetables set by the customers.
  • Examine the underlying causes of operation incidents and service breakdowns and offer improvements to the management and CS managers.
  • Maintain close communication with the customer to address any concerns pertaining to orders or shipments.
  • Make that the cycle count sheet is kept correctly for audit trail purposes.
  • Take accountability for resolving any anomalies in stock.
  • Make that all invoices are completed on time, accurately, and with the required supporting documentation.
  • Compile and calculate the KPI report for each month.
  • Achieve and maintain a consistent KPI and, as needed, offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Extra duties as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Ideally a diploma in business administration or logistics
  • Applicants without experience who possess relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Team player with a focus on customer service
  • Product, system, and Microsoft Office expertise
