Customer Support Agent (night shifts)

We're looking for night shift Customer Support Agents to join our team! If you're a night owl who enjoys helping people and solving problems, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll be doing:
Chatting with customers and helping them with their questions via chat, email, phone calls, and other channels
Keeping in touch with your teammates throughout your shift so you can solve issues together
Making sure every customer gets a friendly, clear, and helpful experience

What we're looking for:
Got customer support experience? Awesome!
No experience? That's totally okay too. If you're eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know
You're available to work night shifts (23:00 – 07:00)
You stay calm when things get busy and genuinely enjoy helping people
Your English is C1+ in both speaking and writing
