Customer Support and Sales Representative

Overview:
- Echo Project is hiring remote Customer Support and Sales Representatives to provide chat support for adult online content creators.
- We welcome applicants located anywhere in South America.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, especially reading comprehension and written communication.
- Candidates must communicate naturally and confidently in English, with strong grammar and spelling.
- Native English is not required.
- We are looking for proactive, sales-driven individuals who can build rapport with subscribers, identify buying opportunities, recommend relevant content, handle objections, follow up, and close sales without needing step-by-step direction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage subscriber conversations in English using each creator’s established tone and style.
- Provide personalized attention and timely follow-up.
- Proactively generate sales while accurately describing the content offered.
- Follow approved pricing, creator boundaries, and company policies.
- Meet assigned sales and quality goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and communicate reliably with the team.
- Attend agreed shifts, participate in training, and apply feedback.

Requirements:
- At least 18 years old and comfortable supporting creators in this industry.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong sales initiative and persuasive written communication.
- A computer, stable internet connection, and suitable workspace.
- Accurate, efficient typing and the ability to manage multiple conversations.
- Reliability, discretion, organization, and willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service, sales, or chat support experience is an advantage.
