The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice processes, particularly in international and outbound sales. Required Skills: - Proven experience in voice processes, particularly in BPO environments. - Strong communication skills in English and any other relevant languages. - Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. - Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
