We are looking for a customer-oriented and technically sound Customer Support Engineer with excellent English communication skills. The candidate should be capable of handling customer queries, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting basic IT-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic IT-related issues.
