Role Overview
The Technical Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers with product- and technology-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality support experience. This role is well-suited for individuals with strong analytical skills and a foundational understanding of technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product, application, or software-related issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and patient manner
- Log, monitor, and update cases using ticketing or helpdesk systems
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to engineering or product teams as required
- Provide customers with product usage guidance and recommended best practices
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining support quality standards
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of technical and software concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
- Clear verbal and written communication with high patience levels
- Ability to simplify and explain technical information to non-technical users
- Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk tools is an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines preferred
- Freshers with a strong interest in technology are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable engaging with customers and handling support interactions
