Cutover Manager
Salary: No contractor fees / two pay runs per week
Contract to 29/10/2027 | Brisbane CBD, QLD | Hybrid working
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Cutover Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for planning, governing, and executing the end-to-end cutover and deployment of a major Human Capital Management System (HCMS) Program into production.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and own the end-to-end cutover strategy across SAP SuccessFactors, integrations, reporting platforms, and legacy system retirement activities.
Define and govern cutover environments, lifecycle management, refresh cycles, production entry criteria, and deployment readiness controls.
Translate program delivery plans into an integrated deployment schedule, coordinating dependencies across technical, testing, change, training, and business teams.
Plan and manage cutover rehearsals, data migration activities, validation checks, and readiness assessments prior to production go-live.
Chair cutover command centre forums, leading execution during go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support transitions.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate critical path deployment risks, ensuring minimal business disruption throughout transition.
About You
Extensive experience leading cutover and deployment for large, complex digital transformation, HCMS, HRIS, or payroll programs.
Demonstrated ability to establish integrated cutover strategies covering technology, data migration, business readiness, and hypercare transitions.
Experience coordinating dependencies across SAP SuccessFactors, enterprise integrations, reporting tools, and legacy software solutions.
Proven track record operating cutover governance, readiness controls, command centre forums, and critical-path escalation pathways.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and direct cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
Relevant certifications in project, program, release, or service management disciplines are desirable.
