CX Platform Engineer — AI, Automation & Data Pipelines

Watermelon is seeking a technically minded consultant to design and deliver large-scale Customer Experience (CX) programmes. This hybrid role requires at least two days a week in the office and focuses on solving real-world technical problems using modern technologies, including automation and AI.

The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering or data analytics, with strong skills in Python, JavaScript, and API work. Responsibilities include building dashboards and improving processes while collaborating with clients.
