About RDI Education

RDI Education builds practical, responsible technology solutions designed to improve teaching, learning, and school operations. Our first major product, Ethos Intelligence, is an AI-powered platform built for PK--12 teachers and students. RDI Education works closely with school systems and implementation partners to ensure its products are usable, effective, and grounded in real educational environments.

Why This Role Matters

The Customer Experience & Product Success Lead owns the customer experience after the sale. This person helps move accounts smoothly from sales into onboarding and deployment, serves as the primary point of contact for customer questions and issues, and ensures customer feedback leads to stronger product quality, usability, and support.

This role is both highly customer-facing and highly cross-functional. The right candidate will build trust with educators and school leaders, guide successful implementations, translate issues clearly to engineering, and proactively identify ways to improve the product and customer experience over time.

Position Summary

The Customer Experience & Product Success Lead manages the post-sale customer journey for RDI Education products, from transition out of the sales process through onboarding, deployment, support, and ongoing adoption. This person partners closely with the RDI General Manager and Head of Growth to ensure a smooth handoff once an account is won and may engage in late-stage sales or implementation planning before contract close when needed.

After launch, this role serves as the primary operational point of contact for customer questions, account issues, and support needs.
