Cyber resilience project coordinator - 3 months fixed term
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year
About the role
As our Project Coordinator, you'll help keep projects moving smoothly, customers informed, and the team organised. You'll work alongside consultants, customers and business leaders to coordinate activities, manage documentation, schedule meetings, track actions and support the successful delivery of our services. No two days are exactly the same. One day you might be helping prepare reports for a client, the next you could be coordinating workshops, updating project plans or helping keep our customer records up to date.
Key responsibilities
Coordinating project activities and helping keep projects on track
Scheduling meetings, workshops and customer engagements
Following up actions and ensuring commitments are completed
Maintaining project plans, documentation and reporting
Supporting customer communications and stakeholder engagement
Assisting with proposal preparation and administrative tasks
Updating customer information, activities and opportunities in our systems
Identifying project risks, issues or roadblocks and helping the team address them early
Providing general operational support across the business
Contributing ideas that help us improve how we work
About you
One to three years' experience in project coordination, administration, customer service or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working with a range of people and personalities
Good judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive approach to solving problems
An interest in technology, cybersecurity or digital safety
The ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player
A growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills
