Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱55,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join a security operations team supporting the monitoring, investigation, and response to cybersecurity events.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and review cybersecurity alerts and incidents.

• Investigate security events and determine the appropriate next steps.

• Perform initial security incident triage and analysis.

• Gather and review logs, user information, and other relevant security data.

• Escalate security incidents to the appropriate team when needed.

• Document incidents, findings, and actions taken.

• Help maintain and improve security procedures and documentation.

• Work closely with global security and IT teams.

Key Areas of Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of these areas:

• Incident Response (IR)—investigating and responding to security incidents.

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)—managing user access, permissions, authentication, and account security.

• Threat & Vulnerability Management (T&V)—identifying and managing security threats and system vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC, security operations, or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with security monitoring and incident triage.

• Experience using SIEM or security monitoring tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar is a plus.

• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong documentation and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with international/global teams.
