This is a unique opportunity to join SoftwareOne at the beginning of its Dutch SOC journey. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will become one of the first local SOC team members in the Netherlands, working closely with our established Security Operations Centre in Warsaw. Together with a junior analyst joining the team, you will play an important role in shaping local processes, establishing best practices, and supporting the future growth of the Dutch SOC capability. If you enjoy building, improving, and influencing how security operations are delivered, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and respond to security alerts, incidents, and cyber threats affecting customer environments.
  • Monitor and analyze security events using Microsoft Security technologies and security monitoring platforms.
  • Support threat detection, incident response, and security improvement activities.
  • Work closely with customers, providing guidance and updates during security investigations.
  • Contribute to SOC processes, operational procedures, and continuous service improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the European cybersecurity team and support the growth of the Dutch SOC capability.
