- Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Practical experience working with IT infrastructure and Cyber Security
- Experience in IT Risk Management
- Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST and ISO/IEC 27001
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex or initially unclear topics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good presentation skills and the ability to prepare and deliver materials that support and influence stakeholder decisions
- Strong ownership mindset and the ability to independently drive assigned responsibilities
- Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn about new and unfamiliar areas
- Very good spoken and written English
Nice to have:
- Relevant security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH or CREST
