Cyber Security Project Coordinator

Salary: $95 – $106.25 per hour + Super

About the role

Join a major cyber security transformation program and play a key role in driving project delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to contribute to high-impact technology and security projects within a large enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Support governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.

• Maintain RAID registers (risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions).

• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

• Monitor project progress and identify potential delivery risks.

• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

About you

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or Project Administrator role.

• Background supporting technology, cyber security, infrastructure, or transformation programs.

• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with project governance, reporting, and RAID management.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
