Cyber Security System Engineer
Summary
12-month renewable contract deploying and managing enterprise cybersecurity tools — network security (IPS/VPN), web security (URL filtering/WAF), endpoint, messaging security, and SIEM/vulnerability management — at a client site in Singapore's Central Region. Requires 3+ years managing enterprise security solutions; CISSP/CISA/CISM is a plus.
Salary: $5,800 – $7,000 per month
12 Months Contract (Renewable)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Working Location: 2 Kallang Sector
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for deployment, configuration, management and maintenance of the following Cyber system/tool:
Network security management (e.g. intrusion prevention system, virtual private network)
Web security management (e.g. URL filtering, web application firewall)
End point security management (e.g. anti-malware, device control, application control, data loss prevention or network access control)
Messaging security management (e.g. anti-malware, anti-spam, content filtering)
Security & vulnerability management (security information and event management, security device systems management, device and application vulnerability management)
Automation of management tasks
Requirements:
Degree in Computer-related disciplines
At least 3 years of experience that covers management of enterprise security solution
Experience in implementation and integration of Cyber Security Platform
Possess knowledge across various information security technologies/areas in a large enterprise including firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, Linux O/S, Windows O/S, databases, antivirus, patch management, vulnerability scanning, backup, logging and monitoring, remote access, application development, network security, application security, and change management
Information Security or IT Controls Certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) would be an added advantage
