Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor networks, systems, and security tools to detect and respond to potential security threats.
  • Assist in investigating and responding to cybersecurity incidents, documenting findings and recommended actions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct routine vulnerability assessments and assist with remediation efforts.
  • Review system logs and security alerts to identify unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Support user access management, including account provisioning, permissions, and authentication controls.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with organisational security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in security awareness initiatives and help educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of security incidents, risk assessments, and security processes.
  • Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to strengthen the organisation's overall security posture.
  • Perform other cybersecurity-related duties as assigned.
