Cybersecurity Analyst Lead

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year

About the role

Responsible for assessing and validating the design, configuration, and effectiveness of enterprise security controls.

Key Responsibilities

· Validate security controls, configurations, and security architectures.

· Assess SIEM/SOAR, EDR/NDR, WAF, SASE, CSPM, and threat intelligence solutions.

· Evaluate endpoint, mobile, IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust controls.

· Assess Microsoft Azure security controls and architectures.

· Identify security gaps, misconfigurations, and risks, and drive remediation.

· Use AI to streamline control testing, evidence collection, log analysis, and risk assessment.

· Partner with Cloud, IT Infrastructure, and Security teams to strengthen security posture.

Requirements

· 8+ years of experience in IT Security, Risk, or Compliance.

· Strong knowledge of security standards, frameworks, and regulations.

· Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies and control testing.

· Strong understanding of Azure, endpoint security, MDM, IAM, PAM, and secure remote access.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

· Practical experience testing security controls.
