Cybersecurity Business Operations & Sales Lead | Full-Time W-2
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Lead to drive enterprise sales and business development across North America, including the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. This role will manage the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline development and RFPs through negotiations and close, while engaging senior stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, and risk executives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cybersecurity sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue opportunities.
Lead RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and opportunity lifecycle through close.
Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
Position cyber readiness, incident response, recovery, and managed security solutions.
Support go-to-market and business development initiatives across North America.
Requirements
8+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity services.
Experience with incident response, cyber readiness, recovery, or security consulting.
Strong background in pipeline management, RFPs, commercial negotiations, and closing enterprise deals.
Knowledge of MDR/MxDR, SOC, incident response retainers, tabletop exercises, and recovery planning.
Strong executive-level communication and client-facing skills.
Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are a plus.
Ability to travel based on business and client needs.
