Cybersecurity Engineer
Summary
Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and incident response while maintaining security systems and protocols for networks and data.
Job Description:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
- Create and/or execute incident response plans to address security threats.
- Conduct security assessments to evaluate the security needs and establish protocols to mitigate risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security systems to protect networks and data.
- Document and record security breaches and assess their impact.
- Research on cybersecurity trends and new threats.
- Provide training on cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive security measures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any IT-related course (preferably in Cybersecurity).
- Basic knowledge of network security, firewalls, web and mobile applications, and operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) in good standing.
