Cybersecurity Governance Analyst (Banking, Changi)

About the Role
Support technology risk and security governance activities within a banking environment, focusing on governance coordination, evidence management, stakeholder engagement, and audit/compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate OSP governance reviews and follow up on required actions.
• Gather, maintain, and manage governance evidence and documentation.
• Support Operational Risk Reviews (ORR) and related assessments.
• Track audit, risk, and compliance action items to closure.
• Engage internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of governance deliverables.
• Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, Security Governance, IT Audit, Compliance, or related fields.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in documentation, evidence management, and governance reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
