D365 Application Manager
Purpose of the Position: The employee’s role primarily involves performing tasks related to IT projects within the employer’s scope of activities, particularly the operation and improvement of the Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations enterprise resource planning system and associated supplementary software and solutions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Manage improvement tasks/developments of D365 within the organization and towards suppliers (performance monitoring, validation)
· Manage roll-out of D365
· 1st level support in D365 questions from key-users
· Identify risks, handle change requests and issues
· Continuously monitor given projects, prepare status reports for management and stakeholders
· Maintain communication with external development and service provider companies
· Support testing, data management, and access rights administration
· Prepare price lists for D365 upload
· Maintain communication with international units within the corporate group and support them in designated projectsLanguages: Hungarian and English fluently, German or other SEE/CEE language would be a plus
Direct Supervisor: COO HU (no Head of IT)
Knowhow: Expert knowledge in MS D365, Azure DevOps
Personality: international mindset, open, communicative and improvement driven, hands-on personality (more doing than talking), like to contribute to a growth story
