D365 F&O Business Analyst – Fixed-Term Contract
Summary
Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract at a major UK retailer migrating from Dynamics AX to D365 Finance & Operations, SCM and Commerce. Day to day: gathering requirements, mapping finance/supply-chain/retail processes, writing functional specs, and supporting data migration, UAT and go-live alongside an implementation partner. Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in London.
Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Business Analysis experience on D365 F&O, SCM or Dynamics AX implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP processes and business transformation
- Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes and documenting findings
- Confidence working with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting ERP implementations through testing and go-live
- Retail, supply chain or commerce experience is beneficial
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Map existing processes across finance, supply chain and retail operations
- Work with business stakeholders and our D365 implementation partner
- Identify process improvements and support future-state process design
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications

We are a major retailer moving from Dynamics AX to D365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management and Commerce. Our implementation partner is in place, and we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work between the business and delivery teams, understand how our business operates, and help ensure the new solution works for its users. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London, with 2 to 3 days per week on site, paying £55,000 to £65,000.
