Data Business Analyst
Summary
A Data Business Analyst supporting an ERP data migration (AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, plus CE) for a client in Sutton Coldfield. Day to day they assist with data migration and UAT at both technical and business-process levels, including coding, error analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation before, during and after migration.

Requirements:- Experience completing a full migration cycle in at least one ERP migration project
- D365 F&O experience preferred; AX to D365 F&O and CE migration experience is a major plus
- Experience in supply chain, sales, or master data domains is an advantage
- Support data migration and UAT activities at both technical and business-process levels
- Assist with coding, error analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation before, during, and after migration
- Investigate, categorize, and resolve errors across finance, sales, supply chain, and master data domains
- Work with data entities, staging tables, and D365 Data Management Frameworks
- Support reconciliation, mapping, and cleansing activities for data validation and quality assurance
- Guide business analysts and subject matter experts in identifying and implementing business data transformation rules

We are seeking a Data Business Analyst (migration specialist) to support our global ERP program, migrating from AX versions to D365 F&O and CE using AXTEND. This is a hybrid contract role, mainly remote, with attendance at our head office near Cambridge and other UK locations as required; expenses will be covered. Occasional travel to BENELUX sites may be required. The initial contract is for six months, with the possibility of extension.
