About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Engineering Manager to lead oragnisation's data governance, modern data platform, BI, and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI and Data Governance, including data quality, lineage, metadata, privacy, security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Own and evolve the organisation’s modern cloud data architecture, data pipelines, analytics platform, and BI environment.
- Establish engineering standards across data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, CI/CD, and production releases.
- Identify and deliver AI and analytics use cases across multiple business functions.
- Develop scalable data models, semantic layers, dashboards, and governed self-service analytics.
- Drive data literacy and adoption through training, documentation, and enablement.
- Track platform, governance, and AI/analytics KPIs and provide updates to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI, or AI, with 3+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.
- Strong experience in AI/Data Governance
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, BI, semantic modelling, and system integration.
- Experience with CI/CD, data security, privacy, access controls, and compliance.
