Data & AI Manager / Senior Data & AI Consultant
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Data & AI professional with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services to drive data governance, analytics, AI/ML and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data management, regulatory compliance, advanced analytics and Generative AI solutions while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data governance, data quality and data lineage initiatives.
- Design and implement analytics, reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Develop AI/ML and Generative AI use cases using LLMs, RAG and NLP technologies.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark and Databricks.
- Ensure compliance with BCBS 239, GDPR, PDPA, MAS and AI governance requirements.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.
