experience who has strong expertise in SQL and Python. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful dashboards
and reports to support business decision-making.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Key Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Tableau dashboards
and reporting solutions, from requirement gathering to final delivery and
support.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Own the complete dashboard lifecycle, including data
understanding, data modeling, development, deployment, optimization, and
stakeholder sign-off.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand
business problems, translate them into analytical requirements, and propose
data-driven business solutions.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure
efficient data retrieval.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Use Python for data processing, automation, and advanced
analytics.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Integrate Tableau with various data sources such as
relational databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all
reporting solutions.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enhance
data models and pipelines.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to
Tableau reports and dashboards.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Provide technical guidance and best practices for
dashboard development and data visualization.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder
interactions.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Required Skills & Qualifications:</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar
role.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and
Tableau Prep.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction,
transformation, and optimization.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Experience with Python for automation, data manipulation,
and analytics.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL,
PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing
concepts.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Experience working with APIs and cloud-based data sources
(AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Proven experience in data modeling and managing end-to-end
BI/dashboard deliverables.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Strong
communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interactions.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Experience with Tableau performance tuning and
optimization.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and
integration.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive
analytics.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Experience working in an Agile environment.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Databricks knowledge or experience is a plus.</p><p></p><p>
