Data Analyst in Warsaw supporting the Analytics Integrity team of a global financial institution, ensuring the quality and integrity of position, transaction, and computed data across liquid, derivative, and alternative investment assets. Requires 5+ years in finance, ideally asset management, with hands-on Aladdin or Adjuto experience.

At least 5 years of experience in Finance (ideally asset management), including significant experience in operational roles (Data, IT, front, middle or back office).

Thorough understanding of operational processes and the usage of major data users (portfolio management, middle office, risk, quant, compliance, financial controllers).

Hands-on application experience with Aladdin or Adjuto.

Autonomous approach to analyzing and solving complex requests from end-users (working beyond Standard Operating Procedures).

Ability to understand data in-flows and out-flows, technical architecture, and business transformations applied to data.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to liaise with multiple internal and external parties.

Analytical mindset with the ability to perform control checks, investigate discrepancies, and escalate appropriately.

Proactive attitude when identifying operational risks and taking necessary initiatives for risk mitigation.
