Objetivo del puesto

Es responsable de transformar datos complejos en información accionable, impulsando decisiones empresariales estratégicas y mejorando la eficiencia operativa.

Principales actividades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener canales de datos y procesos ETL robustos para ingerir, limpiar, transformar y almacenar grandes volúmenes de datos provenientes de diversas fuentes.
• Realizar análisis de datos exhaustivos, modelado estadístico y análisis predictivo para identificar tendencias, patrones y anomalías relevantes para los objetivos del negocio.
• Desarrollar e implementar paneles de visualización de datos e informes utilizando herramientas como Tableau, Power BI o similares, para comunicar hallazgos de manera clara y efectiva a las partes interesadas.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios —incluyendo científicos de datos, ingenieros de software y partes interesadas del negocio— para comprender los requisitos y ofrecer soluciones basadas en datos.
• Optimizar modelos de datos y consultas a bases de datos para mejorar el rendimiento y la escalabilidad.
• Garantizar la calidad, integridad y seguridad de los datos en todas las iniciativas de análisis e ingeniería de datos.
• Participar en la evaluación y selección de nuevas herramientas y tecnologías de datos.
• Documentar de manera exhaustiva los procesos de datos, los modelos y los hallazgos analíticos.

Perfil requerido

• Ingenieria o Licenciatura en Informática, Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingeniería o un campo cuantitativo afín.
• 5 años de experiencia demostrable como analista de datos, ingeniero de datos o en un puesto similar.
• Sólido dominio de SQL y experiencia con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (p. ej., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Competencia en al menos un lenguaje de programación utilizado habitualmente para el análisis de datos (p. ej., Python, R).
• Experiencia con herramientas y tecnologías de canalización de datos (p. ej., Apache Airflow,).
• Familiaridad con plataformas en la nube (p. ej., AWS, Azure, GCP) y sus servicios de datos.
• Dominio de herramientas de visualización de datos (p. ej., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Sólidos conocimientos de técnicas de análisis estadístico y fundamentos de aprendizaje automático (machine learning).
• Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y de comunicación.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborativa en entornos dinámicos y de ritmo rápido.
