The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions. - Create and maintain MIS reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics. - Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to present data in a clear and compelling manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs. - Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Think Cell to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Experience in MIS reporting and preparation. - Excellent presentation skills, with experience in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint and Think Cell. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
