Data Analyst
You’ll be picking up an established Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platform and helping shape where it goes next, working alongside a small, friendly Data team. Day to day, that means designing dashboards, reports and semantic models, establishing consistent business metrics, and helping colleagues across the firm get the answers they need from the data as well as building data literacy along the way.
As the data platform grows so will the role and there’s scope to move into advanced analytics, and AI-assisted tooling such as Fabric MCP, Fabric IQ, Copilot and data agents.

About You
You’re an experienced Data Analyst or BI professional who genuinely enjoys turning messy, complex data into something people understand. Power BI, DAX and SQL are your everyday tools, and you’ve got a track record of building reporting that changes decisions rather than gathering dust. You’re confident with stakeholders at every level drawing out what they actually need, translating vague asks into clear requirements, and turning those into numbers people trust and understand.
You’re curious and detail-oriented, and you take real ownership of your work. You’re happy working independently while staying closely plugged into technical and business teams, particularly Finance. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data modelling, data governance or professional services reporting would be a real plus as would an interest in advanced analytics and AI-driven reporting tools.
