About the Role
Hitech Construction Company Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency through accurate reporting, data management, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop automated Excel dashboards and tracking systems using advanced formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation.
- Classify outages, monitor restoration progress, and prepare operational and escalation reports.
- Manage financial records and operational documentation.
- Track KPIs, identify performance trends, and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide timely data analysis to support management decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, dashboards, and data validation.
- Experience with financial records and operational reporting.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
