We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify trends, improve processes, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data visualization, and database management.
Key Responsibilities Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Clean, validate, and organize large datasets from primary and secondary sources. Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Collaborate with business leads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and address business challenges. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst. Strong technical skills in SQL and proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data to non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, or Snowflake).
