Data Analyst (Open for Fresh Grads)
Summary
Entry-level Data Analyst role in Bonifacio Global City: format, import, map, and validate salary survey data into client databases, prepare discrepancy reports, assist with system testing, and provide technical support to clients. Main tool is Microsoft Excel, with training provided.
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱21,000 per month
About the role
Join the team as a Data Analyst supporting the accurate formatting, importing, mapping, and review of salary survey data. You will help maintain client-specific databases, support system testing, provide technical assistance to internal and external clients, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Training on specific processes will be provided.
Key responsibilities
Format and upload salary survey data to client-specific databases.
Load, review, edit, and validate client data with a high level of accuracy.
Map data files and calculate required data fields.
Prepare data discrepancy reports and support data quality reviews.
Assist with reviewing data loaded by other team members.
Participate in system testing processes.
Maintain contact with client technical staff and collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Assist users with the system and provide ongoing technical support.
Identify and implement product and process improvements.
Work with the survey management service coordinator, Team Leader, and other team members to manage project scope and deliver projects on schedule.
Build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional, virtual teams in different geographic areas.
What we're looking for
Experience working with data formatting, importing, mapping, validation, or quality review.
Excellent data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work.
Ability to complete projects on schedule and manage competing priorities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and discrepancy investigation skills.
Clear communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to users and clients.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and technical stakeholders.
