Data Analyst

Salary: $5,500 – $6,500 per month

Lead the data visualization initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing dashboards that pull data from 3rd party platforms ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholder decision-making.

• Support Deployment Principal to communicate, onboard, and support suppliers in execution of Product Traceability Compliance programs using Deployment principal approved messaging

• Develop and optimize APIs and SQL queries for efficient data extraction

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI

• Implement and manage data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes

• Collaborate with platform vendors to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

• Develop reports to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• Develop and maintain communication calendar and deployment timeline

• Document and maintain program FAQs and responses

• Develop, deploy, and analyze supplier survey on program feedback

• Perform validations in product traceability platform

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Analytics/ Computer Science / related

• Min 2 years of experience in data analysis and visualization

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI dashboard development

• Working knowledge of SQL and database management

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automated for workflow automation

• Experience with API integration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills and relationship management for stakeholder collaboration

• Demonstrated experience in ETL processes and dashboard maintenance and vendor management
