Data Analyst Support

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various data sources.

Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.

Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for reports and dashboards.

Present analytical findings and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Document reporting processes, data definitions, and technical specifications.

Continuously improve reporting efficiency and data visualization best practices.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

Experience developing reports and data visualizations using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), IBM Cognos, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Understanding of data visualization principles and reporting best practices.

Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling concepts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
