Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify and translate user requirements into Business Intelligence (BI)-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting and analytical needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional documentation, including:
  • Business Process Specification (BPS)
  • Requirement Definition Matrix (RDM)
  • Meeting Minutes (MoM)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents
  • Other related project documentation
• Support data analysis and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related role.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
• Proficient in writing, optimizing, and interpreting SQL queries.
• Experience in data processing, including data cleansing, transformation, and data wrangling.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and a good understanding of business processes.
• Ability to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision‑making.
