About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Data Analyst to support daily operations, project coordination, data analysis, and reporting to ensure efficient business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations and project progress.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational data using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyse data and prepare clear charts and graphs for management reporting.
- Prepare and monitor monthly payment claims and supporting documents.
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good data analysis and reporting skills.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
