About the Role

We are looking for a curious, analytical and proactive Data Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team.

At redONE Mobile, business intelligence goes beyond producing reports and dashboards. We want to understand what is happening in the business, why it is happening and what we should do about it.

You will work closely with business departments and senior management to uncover trends, investigate performance gaps and translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Analyse business performance across revenue, subscriber growth, activations, churn, retention, collections and customer value.

• Identify emerging trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, management reports and analytical outputs.

• Present insights and findings to HODs and management during regular business performance reviews.

• Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse data from multiple sources.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish consistent metric definitions and reporting requirements.

• Validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies and improve reporting reliability.

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytical processes.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or performance reporting.

• Good working knowledge of SQL and Power BI or equivalent BI tools.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, inquisitive and comfortable taking ownership of assignments.

• Experience with Python, Snowflake, cloud data platforms or telecommunications analytics is an advantage.
