About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Consultant who can bridge the gap between business and technology.
This is not a typical Data Engineer position. We are seeking someone who combines strong technical expertise in modern data platforms with the ability to understand business processes, challenge requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to design data models, build data pipelines, define KPIs, and deliver trusted data products that support decision-making.

Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Databricks.
- Strong experience with Apache Spark (PySpark).
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT design and implementation.
- Experience with batch and near real-time data processing.
- Knowledge of Delta Lake (MERGE operations, versioning, optimization).
- Understanding of Lakehouse architecture.
- Experience with Unity Catalog and access management.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles.
Business & Consulting Skills
