Data Center Asset Lifecycle Engineer

CBRE is seeking an Asset Engineer for a 6-month contract to optimize asset data, systems and processes across our data centre portfolio. You will collaborate with site maintenance teams, IT, BIM, and operations to drive continuous improvement in asset information and management practices.

The role requires a strong engineering background with 5+ years in asset management or maintenance engineering for data centres, and hands-on experience with asset registers, CMMS, and data environments.
