Role Scope

• Own the datacenter financial forecast: capex, opex, and cash across every site and scenario the company weighs.

• Build the forecasting engine, drivers, models, and systems, that turns build plans into financial truth.

• Run the scenario analysis leadership uses to sequence sites, deals, and capital raises.

• Partner with delivery, development, and accounting so the forecast reflects the field, not the plan of record.

What We're Looking For

• The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.

• You've led financial forecasting for capital-intensive infrastructure: data centers, energy, telecom, or real assets.

• You've built driver-based capex models that boards made decisions on.

• Your forecasts get scored against actuals, and the gap shrinks every quarter.

• You go get the operational truth behind a number instead of accepting the submission.

• You've built and led a small high-output team.

• Bonus: Data center cost structures. Project finance interfaces. Pigment or Anaplan. Monte Carlo methods.
