Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field operations for MEP scopes on mission critical construction projects
- Coordinate construction sequencing, manpower planning, and material procurement
- Partner with project leadership to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including short-term look-ahead plans
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Facilitate preconstruction and coordination meetings with internal teams and trade partners
- Monitor installation progress, proactively identifying and resolving field issues
- Ensure compliance with construction documents, codes, and safety standards
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
- Drive quality control efforts through regular inspections and adherence to standards
- Support labor planning, workforce coordination, and productivity optimization
Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on MEP systems
- Proven experience on mission critical or data center projects strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software tools is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site and support project demands
