Data Center Support Executive - DC operations| Chennai

1. Monitoring of IT Assets of the Bank 24X7
2. Ensuring 100% uptime of the DC and DR 24X7
3. Co-ordinating with DC/DR Co-location service providers to ensure adequate power and colling is available in the cage area
4. Co-ordinating with ISP to commission backhaul links etc.

1. Monitoring of Server Hardware performance
2. Monitoring of Network device performance
3. Daily Health Check-up of hardware
4. Tagging of Assets and mapping it with ITSM Asset Management System
5. Upgrade Data Center Hardware
6. DC Migration Support
7. Monitoring of Power Utilisation and generating monthly reports.
8. Routine Temperature check
9. New Hardware Rack & Stack with necessary CR
10. Rack level network cabling
11. Vendor coordination for any part replacement & wiht ISP for connectivities
12. Tracking of all assets moving in and out of Data Center
13. Managing Data Center Contracts and SLAs

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in CS, IT / MCA
