Working Arrangement
This role requires working
12-hour rotating shifts . The successful candidate will support data centre operations and secure computer rooms across multiple locations in Singapore. The role involves monthly rotation between East and West data centre locations. Key Responsibilities
Perform daily data centre operational activities, including:Key managementVendor escortFacilities and infrastructure inspectionsServer power-up activitiesMedia degaussingRoutine operational checksLaptop asset management Support operations within data centres and secure computer rooms. Ensure all operational procedures and security protocols are strictly followed. Monitor, escalate, and track incidents in accordance with established incident management procedures. Prepare operational reports for management. Support additional operational duties as assigned. Provide operational coverage when required. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Requirements
Experience in data centre operations or computer room operations. Familiarity with data centre operational procedures and facilities management. Experience working in mission-critical or highly regulated environments will be an advantage. Strong incident management and operational support skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts. Ability to travel between operational sites within Singapore. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
