Experience with Retail Marketing, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and data privacy regulations is preferred.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>Design, develop, maintain, and support large scale data warehouse, ETL processes, and data pipelines.</li><li>Ensure database performance, availability, security, and reliability.</li><li>Work with data warehouse platforms such as Amazon Redshift.</li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot batch failures, database connectivity, access, and performance issues.</li><li>Perform SQL/query optimization and database performance tuning.</li><li>Understand customer technical requirements and contribute to database architecture, security, compliance, engineering, and operations.</li><li>Support database project activities, including database object creation and deployment across development and production environments.</li><li>Identify process improvements and maintain technical documentation.</li><li>Act as SPOC for assigned projects and coordinate with customers and internal support teams from India</li></ul><p><b>Required Skillsets</b></p><ul><li>1-3 years of experience as a Data Engineer</li><li>Strong SQL knowledge</li><li>Experience with ETL, data pipelines, and data warehousing.</li><li>Knowledge of any ETL tool</li><li>Performance tuning and query optimization</li><li>Linux Server and Shell scripting experience</li><li>Experience with AWS and/or Azure</li><li>Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements</li><li>Retail Marketing domain experience is a plus</li><li>PostgreSQL | Redshift | AWS | PowerShell | Shell Script | Jira</li></ul><p><b>Job Segment</b></p><ul><li>Data Engineer, PostgreSQL, Database, SQL, DBA, Data Warehousing, Cloud, Linux, AWS, Azure, Technology</li></ul><p><b>Compensation</b></p><ul><li>Working Hour: Average 20 hours per week with flexible working hours, while ensuring total weekly hours are met. 24/7 standby (must be available to work during nights, weekends, and/or holidays)</li><li>Hourly Rate: $50 USD / hour</li><li>Total Base Salary: $52,000 base</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Note on Pay Transparency</b></p><p>ADA provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by regulations.
