What we build
Advanced Football Analytics — a mobile app for football fans and bettors that reached 100k MAU in less than a year, featuring advanced statistics powered by our proprietary ML and Computer Vision technologies.
Advanced Analytics for Football Clubs — a next-generation analytics platform helping football clubs, scouts, and agents make smarter decisions both on the pitch and in the transfer market. Thanks to our early leadership in skeletal tracking data, AIstats secured several Tier-1 club partnerships within months of launching the platform.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines
Develop and optimize schemas in PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
Build Python backend services for data processing and delivery
Integrate external data sources (APIs, streams, files)
Optimize query performance on large datasets
Manage data infrastructure on cloud (GCP / AWS / Azure)
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency
Requirements
Strong Python (3+ years in production)
Solid SQL and experience with analytical databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse)
Hands-on experience with GCP / AWS / Azure or Kubernetes
Experience designing data pipelines and handling large data volumes
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD
Nice to Have
Event-driven systems and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Temporal or similar (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster)
Basic TypeScript
Docker / Kubernetes in production
Sports or analytics domain experience
