Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architecture to support business operations and analytics
Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data collection, processing, and storage
Develop and maintain database schemas while ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity
Manage ETL processes and support data integration from multiple sources
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineering teams to deliver business intelligence solutions
Support data governance, security, and best practices across the data ecosystem
Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource management activities
Monitor team performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or related fields
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related roles
Strong hands-on experience in Data Modeling
Strong hands-on experience in ETL Development
Strong hands-on experience in Python Programming
Strong hands-on experience in Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL)
Strong hands-on experience in Data Governance & Data Security
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
