Data Engineer

Atlante srl in Milano is seeking a Data Enginer to lead the Data Platform & AI team in redesigning Atlante’s data architecture and platform. You will act as the technical point of reference for data engineering and define standards the company follows when producing, modeling and consuming data.

You will design architectures that let AI systems work with our data, build a semantic layer used across BI, analytics and AI agents, and drive data product management with clear ownership and service

Review the current data architecture and data platform end to end, map weaknesses and technical debt, and define the target architecture and the roadmap to get there. Technical lead for data engineering within Data & AI team. Review and redesign Atlante’s data architecture end-to-end. Define architecture enabling AI agents to access, understand and act on Atlante’s data and knowledge. Establish data standards across data modeling, documentation and governance.
